I discovered this one a sometime last week. The title alone reminded of this famous SCTV skit, of which I thought spoofed a similar show I'll get to later, but in reality it was mocking a popular CBC program of the time called "Reach for the Top", one of its hosts was a young Alex Trebek.

WAGA's parent company, Storer Broadcasting, also operated a station in my hometown (WSPD, later WTVG) which also carried a similar quiz show as well that lasted into the 1990's....
