That was Mrs. Miller sitting next to Jack. For those who don't know she was in the audience for every Tonight Show in New York and was often acknowledged during the monologue by Jack and Johnny. Never knew she made it onstage.

I enjoyed Milt Kamen's shtick. Interesting that Milt had a career as a French horn player at the Met before his comedy career took off.
