Wow. Bill Wendell. Great interview, I attended a few Late Night tapings and was "warmed up" by Bill.

I spoke with him after one of the tapings. Such a great guy, told me some great Kovacs stories, including the one he told Dave about the wrench.

I still have the blue card he autographed for me with the signature, "Bill Wendell, boy announcer"

I actually phone interviewed him about Kovacs in 1985. He was a lovely man.
