The woman who played Dobie's mom was Florida Friebus. She was later on The Bob Newhart Show. She played Mrs. Bakerman, one of the group therapy patients. Her signature line was: "Isn't that nice!"

This was a great show that I fondly remember watching when I was growing up. Does anybody know if it was filmed in front a studio audience?
