No, not his last. I think Larry Gelbart's a Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum was his last, altho he may have made a TV appearance after that film's release.

Per IMDB, A Funny Thing was released in the fall of 1966, after his death in February 1966.
I think The Scribe might have been his last time before a camera.
