HARVEY PEKAR - 1939-2010 - Late Night with David Letterman with guest Harvey Pekar (1987)
One of the great Letterman guests from the NBC days. I remember one of his appearances where Dave actually took Harvey with him when crashing the Live at 5 set next door.
The great thing was Harvey's article in the Village Voice after he was banished from the show (because he wanted to talk about GE's involvement with Nuclear technology).

gosh I miss this Dave. Thanks for posting this clip.

Back when Dave was still a show-biz outsider looking in. The Dave that has been gone for over a decade and a half now.
