What a great clip! I recently began working out to her exercise records. They are fantastically retro! I giggle and smile the entire time. I know they don't compare to say "Abs of Steel", but they do work in their own sweet and simple way. Thanks for the post!
That exercise she's doing here reminds me of those top-hatted bobbing birds with liquid in their glass stomachs whose beaks go in and out of a water glass!
If she'd been syndicated in my area when I was 13, I'd be j------ o-- every day.
