Kliph Nesteroff Presents "a portal into a previously unseen world" - The Guardian
"Invaluable" - The Onion AV Club
"Important" - John Hodgman, The Daily Show
You don't really mean 1955, do you? With Aretha Franklin? In color? Judging by the clothes -- and Aretha's size -- this looks like 1974 or so.
It was a reference to a post from the day before:http://classicshowbiz.blogspot.com/2008/06/name-that-tune-1955.html
Aretha Franklin, John Wayne, Flip Wilson and America on the same stage. What a bizarre booking.
This video has to be made in at least 72 if not 74. The band America was not popular until 72 and Gerry Beckley, Dewey Bunnell, and Dan Peek were in their lat teens when they became popular in 72.
