At about 5 minutes in: "We'll return to selecting young men for death and dismemberment, and further wounding the psyche of the United States for future decades... right after this cheerful message from the Norelco Santa."

Hind sight's 20/20 isn't it sad to say. I was only 13 that year. I was 19 years old in 1975, and by then the draft was over. However, I joined voluntarily in July 1974 so I'm technically still considered a Vietnam Veteran. I think the cut off was anyone with 90 days active service by May 1975. So, although in the Army until 1980, I missed out on all the wars before and since Vietnam.

I often wondered sitting at home in the early 1970's, watching the battles on TV most nights, how I would have felt had I been drafted for Vietnam. It had to have been one of the scariest moments for every 19 year old I would think.
