The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson with guest David Letterman (1986)
I remember when this originally aired. You could tell how angry Letterman was that Carson stole his truck, and how stupid he felt being part of this sketch. This was when Carson was starting to feel the need to be "hip" and "zany" like Letterman, and utterly failing.
