Dusty Springfield was one of my best-kept secret fantasies, and her popularity continued to soar until her death in the mid-1990s. She dominated the Billboard pop chart with her 1979 hit album and single on Mercury Records/Universal Music U.K. titled Living Without Your Love.

Dusty appeared on The Dating Game in the late 1960s.
Since it would be a couple more years before Dusty acknowledged her attraction to women, this might be regarded as even more of a period piece than it appears at first glance. And now, back to me: I award myself extra points for recognizing Milt Kamen as bachelor #1, having skipped those introductions to get to the Dusty bits sooner.
