This is from a sensational LP of Neal Hefti instrumentals - the track is called Evil Plot to Blow Up Batman.
Yah, and it's still coming. I moved recently - am in the process of unpacking ten thousand LPs and arranging them on new shelving accordingly. You'll get it eventually.
