To Tell the Truth featuring Elsa Lanchester (1966)
I don't remember this particular segment, but I do remember that the daytime version of this show (from which I'm sure this was taken) tried this type of segment with various celebrities, apparently to jazz up the ratings, with varying results. (I watched these shows first-run as a kid.) The only other celebrity I remember doing this was Sebastian Cabot, when "Family Affair" was on CBS.
