No wonder I can't find anything on the Raplh Pearl guy, he is annoyingly awful, imho. I assume this was some kind of syndication attempt and I hope that it did not last long. If I were an interviewee on his show I would have walked out in the first five minutes.
Yes the show did last and Ralph Pearl was loved by his fans. The one time I met Ralph was in 1986 and he told such great stories about the many stars he had known. I had the pleasure of spending two days with him and his wife. They were lovely people.

I grew up in Vegas, and always found him ultra-annoying.
