The Generation Exploitation Podcast #60

I haven't been podcasting a great deal lately as I have been super busy (lazy) and opting to just post full albums, which is so much faster and easier. But I found some time to put together The sixtieth episode of The Generation Exploitation Podcast this week. It's also available on Itunes if you feel like putting this, or any other episode, on your Ipod.

Listen to The Generation Exploitation Podcast #60.

Here is the playlist - the show also features various vintage radio airchecks interspersed throughout.

More obscure comedy acts in one show than you can shake a Richard Lamparski book at.

The Nashville Sound (1970)

A sensational looking Country and Western documentary.

Jimmy Carl Black 1938-2008

Yma Sumac 1922- 2008

Another giant has fallen. Maybe I've just been hyper aware, but more significant deaths have happened in the past ninety days than I can ever recall.

How to Marry a Millionaire with guest Morey Amsterdam (1957)

All in the Family with special guest star Burt Mustin (1973) - Footage Offline - 5/30/09

Burt Mustin is one of my favorite old television character actors, as he seems to pop up in every other thing I watch. From Leave it to Beaver to Dragnet to Bewitched. He died in 1977 and four All in the Family appearances were among the final things he did.
