I think I've posted some of this show before, but here is an extended chunk of Johnny's eleventh year special.
Tightrope (1959)
Tightrope is a forgotten noir-ish crime drama that aired on CBS during the 1959-60 season. The show's noir feel is no accident. The show's creators also wrote two low-budget film noir classics: D.O.A. (1950) and The Thief (1952). This episode originally aired May 10th, 1960 and features Whit Bissell who you may remember as the mad scientist in both I Was a Teenage Frankenstein (1957) and I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957).

The Burns & Allen Show is pretty easy to find as many episodes survived and are readily available in the public domain - in bargain bins, the local library and as filler on fringe television stations. However, rarely do you see an episode in as fine condition as this one - both pristine looking and complete.
